Typographical Errors?
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Emagine4U shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Emagine4U shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Emagine4U shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items. Our catalog is in production for 3 to 4 weeks and prices can and do change after mailings.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Emagine4U is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We make every effort to get your order shipped out within 5 business days after the order is received . However, high order volumes sometimes cause delays of up to 2 additional weeks.
What is your returns policy?
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Emagine4U will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt (based on USPS delivery confirmation information)..We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. If a return is received without an RMA number, the return will be refused. Items that can be tampered with (oils, perfumes, herbs, bath items, etc.), or sealed items that have already been opened cannot be returned. You are responsible for all shipping costs (both the shipping that you paid to get the order and any shipping to return items). All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Emagine4U will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Emagine4U.
Do you sell wholesale to retail stores?
We are a retail store only and do not sell our items on a wholesale basis. Wholesale inquiries will not be answered.
